OBITUARY Maria Guerra June 9, 1927 – July 12, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Maria Guerra passed away on July 12, 2018 at the age of 91. She was born in Laredo, TX on June 9, 1927. She retired from J.C. Penny after 25 years to care for her ailing parents.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fidelio Sr. and Margarita Medina; husband of 69 years, Francisco “Kiko” Guerra; brothers, Alfredo and Fidelio Jr.; beloved sister, Irene Guerra; grandson, Baby Christopher and great-grandson, Baby Arrow. Maria leaves behind her 8 children, Frank (Mary Ellen) Guerra Jr., Joe (Esther) Guerra, Juan (Gracie) Guerra, Raul (Blanca) Guerra, Mary (Hector) Saenz, Henry Guerra, Richard (Irene) Guerra and Teddie (Roy) Ibanez; 18 grandchildren, Katharine, Laura, Ritchie, John, Joseph, Amanda, Adriana, Marco, Claire, Sarah, Kristin, Danny, Audrey, Johnny, Michael, Carlos and Julian; 18 great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 10:00 am with entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
