Marie L. Rabideau, our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away peacefully on Monday, July 9, 2018. Marie was born on February 27, 1937 to the late Arthur and Mary (Nelson) Moultane. She was known for her sense of humor.

The last two years of Marie’s life she enjoyed pinching the butts of nurse’s and aides and she proudly received the nickname Marie Grabideau. Marie loved bingo and going to the casino. Many people will remember Marie for her peanut butter fudge.

… Read More » She retired after many years from Graphic Metals. After retirement, Marie was able to do what she loved best by taking care of family. Marie leaves behind a son, John (Elaine) Rabideau; grandchildren: Nicholas (Courtney) Rabideau, Bryan Rabideau, Joshua Rabideau, Megan Rabideau, Heather (Bryan) Fuller and Matt (Amy) Yakich; six great-grandchildren: Karter, Emily, Chase, Kennedy, Adrianna and Brennan; two brothers: William Moultane and Arthur (Kathy) Moultane.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lynn (Rabideau) Yakich and siblings: Arlene Bean, Francis Moultane, Virginia Sue “Sis” Hale, Louise Henderson, Kathleen Moultane and Betty Ann Bowker; very special friend, Elaine Kosecki. Visitation only will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the W. A. Trahan Funeral Chapel. Private interment at St. Patrick Cemetery.
