OBITUARY Marilyn Anne Britt September 1, 1928 – October 12, 2018 Britt, (nee Widmayer) Marilyn Anne of Johns Creek, Georgia formerly of Whitmore Lake, Michigan died October 12, 2018. Marilyn was born on September 1, 1928 in Ann Arbor, Michigan the daughter of Edgar and Ruth Widmayer. She attended school and resided in Dexter, Michigan.

She worked for the Whitmore Lake Public School District and retired as the Assistant to the Superintendent. Her children; Stephen Alfred O’Grady and Kathleen Anne (Gregory) Eddy, brother; Bill (Janice) Widmayer, Her loving grandchildren; Thomas Gregory (Lindsey) Eddy and Brian Stephen (Kathryn) Eddy, and great grandson, Brian Eddy II, all survive her. Her parents and her brother John preceded her in death.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12 noon on Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Hosmer-Muehlig Funeral Chapel (3410 Broad St., Dexter, MI). Marilyn will be laid to rest in Webster United Church of Christ Cemetery. Donations may be offered to the American Cancer Society.
