Marilyn K. Kabble, age 70 of the Town of Deer Creek, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Marilyn Kay Kabble was born February 7, 1948 in Greenleaf, WI, daughter to the late Leo & Lorraine (Krueger) Peters. She attended Shiocton schools and later graduated from high school there.

Marilyn worked for Simmons Furniture of New London for a time. She was united in marriage to James Kabble on July 20, 1968 at Emanuel Lutheran Church, New London. She later was employed by Kam-Art Industries Inc., Manawa were she was a thermo press operator making plastic parts for 33 years until retirement.

She was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church, Clintonville and enjoyed volunteering. In her younger years, Marilyn was a member of homemaker’s groups as well as a snowmobile club. She enjoyed fishing, scrap-booking, and canning.

Marilyn was also a talented flower-gardener and her favorite flowers were Lilies. One of her greatest joys was the time she was able to spend with her great-granddaughter, Nevaeh, while babysitting. She will be remembered for her radiant smile, easy-going personality, and her willingness to help family and friends alike.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, James Sons: Randy (Danielle) Kabble, Clintonville & Bradley Kabble, Shiocton Granddaughter: Miranda (Danny) Pollnow, Appleton Great-granddaughter: Nevaeh Pollnow Sisters: Yvonne (Terry) Drake, Green Bay; LuAnn (Greg) Kamke, Manawa; & Nancy (Larry) Klug, New London Brother: Eugene (Linda) Peters, New London Sisters-in-law: Shirley Kabble, Clintonville; Jane Krueger, Pella; Judy (Dennis) Jensen, Black Creek Brother-in-law: Dick (Shawn) Kabble, Bear Creek Aunt: Ardene Post, New London Uncle: Harland Clark, Appleton Many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; her father & mother-in-law, James & Rose Kabble; & a brother-in-law, Melvin Krueger. Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at St. Martin Lutheran Church, Clintonville with the Rev. Brian Weber officiating.

Interment will take place at St. Martin Cemetery, Town of Larrabee. Friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 10 AM until the time of the service. A special thank you to Dr. Conkright and his care team at Fox Valley Hematology & Oncology and a thank you to ThedaCare at Home Hospice.
