Marion E. DeWillis, 90, formerly of Brightridge Apartments, began her journey peacefully with family at her side, Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Hope Hospice Center. She was the wife of the late Edwin J. DeWillis. Born March 12, 1928, in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Busch and the late Mabel E. (Baird) Busch Hendricks.

She was the mother of Elmyrna Nuey of Mashpee, MA, Edwina Cooley of East Providence, and Ronald DeWillis Sr. of Warwick; the grandmother of Daniel, Michelle, the late Benjamin, Lauren, Ronald Jr., Russell Jr, Edwin and Julanne; the great grandmother of Edwina, Cheyenne, Jayda, Myels, Adidas, Cedric, Daniel Jr, Dante, Benjamin, Axoni, Domenic, and Faith; the great-great grandmother of Javianah and Josh Jr; and the sister of the late Elmyrna Busch. Visitation will take place Thursday Feb. 21, from 10am until 11am at the North Providence Assembly of God, 224 Lexington Ave.

, North Providence. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Her family will lay her to rest privately on Friday at the Old Indian Cemetery, Mashpee, MA. Memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the North Providence Assembly of God, 224 Lexington Ave. , North Providence, RI 02904.
