Maritza Isabel Zamora Galvan December 03, 1997 – February 23, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card DODGE CITY – Maritza Isabel Zamora Galvan, 21, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019, along with her devoted husband, Luis Diego Galvan Gomez. She was born December 3, 1997 in Dodge City the beloved daughter of Juan and Tonya (Bencomo) Zamora. She graduated from Dodge City High School and attended Dodge City Community College and received her CNA in December 2018.

She loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed make up, clothing and loved soccer. She was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City.

She and Luis were high school sweethearts and married January 26, 2019 in Dodge City. She leaves behind her parents, Dodge City; 2 brothers, Juan Manuel Zamora, Jr., Dodge City and Brian Rutillo Zamora, Mexico; her grandparents, Alvaro and Mary Bencomo, Dodge City and Francisco Zamora and Delphina Mora, Mexico; a nephew, Arian Zamora; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She will be cherished in the memories of all her loved ones and close friends.

She was welcomed in heaven by her great grandparents, George and Beatrice Perez; Maximiano & Inez Bencomo, and great grandmother Isabel Naranjo. Vigil service will be 7:00 pm Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dodge City. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Friday at the church with Fr.

Wesley Schawe presiding. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City. Visitation will be noon to 7:00 pm Thursday at the church.
