OBITUARY Mark Paul Sander June 4, 1946 – August 4, 2018 Play Tribute Movie MARK PAUL SANDER, 73, of Fort Wayne, went home to his Lord on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018. Mark was born June 4, 1946, in Indianapolis, a son of the late Harold J. and Edna M. Sander.

He graduated from Broad Ripple High School in Indianapolis in 1964 and attended Ball State University, then served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked many years for food service distributing companies. He enjoyed playing and watching baseball.

He umpired some local leagues for fun, and was a lifelong Chicago White Sox Fan. “Mark had a great sense of humor and made it his mission to make people laugh. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends”.

Surviving are his wife of 48 wonderful years, Mary Sander; daughter, Beth (Jason) Kielb; grandsons, Will and Drew Kielb; brothers, Jeffrey (Cindy) and Eric (Pam) Sander; and many nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials to Visiting Nurse Hospice, 5910 Homestead Road.
