Mark S. Stachowiak, 60, Green Bay, died Wednesday, June 13, 2018. He was born September 27, 1957 to Fabian “Buck” T. and Dolores (Jakubowski) Stachowiak. After graduating from D.C. Everest High School, Mark proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1976-1979 as an Airman First Class.

He worked as a service representative for Memorex Telex and was also a former business owner in Green Bay. Among his favorite pastimes Mark enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was known to be quite the jokester and liked to spend time “horsing around” with friends and family.

Mark was a great fan of the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers and especially enjoyed music of all types. Survivors include his father Fabian “Buck” T. (Mary) Stachowiak, Wausau, his brothers Fabian J. (Mary) Stachowiak, Marathon; Michael Stachowiak, West Jordan, UT; Scott (Kevin Kraus) Stachowiak, Long Island City, NY; his children Crystal (Gary) Greicar, Grafton; Melissa (Brad) Van Zeeland, Freedom; Mark (Rebekah) Stachowiak, Bath, NY and his grandchildren Lance, Lacey, Lincoln and Alyssa. Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Dolores.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 18 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Rev. William Grevatch will officiate.

Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the funeral home. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.
