Marlene A. (Meseck) Sachse, age 67, of Sheboygan went to be with her Lord on Sunday, October 14, 2018 surrounded by her loving family after battling ovarian cancer. She was born in Sheboygan on December 26, 1950 to the late Marlin and Margaret (Ohm) Meseck. She attended local schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1969.

) in Plymouth for 16 years. She then worked at First Realty Services for over 20 years where she was an Office Manager and retired in 2015. Marlene was very involved in many things at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church where she enjoyed helping and spending time with her church family.
Marlene enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, reading and watching football. She made many memories with her family at Camp Sachse. She also enjoyed Wednesday sister day and keeping in touch with her high school friends.
She loved traveling with her sister Marcia. Even though they were miles apart, Marlene and Marcia always found the time to talk. Marlene is survived by a special daughter Dawn (Greg) Schwartz of Sheboygan; three brothers, Mark (Laurel) Meseck of Sheboygan, Michael (Berna) Meseck of LaHabra, CA and Marshall (Connie) Meseck of Sheboygan; four sisters, Marcia Meseck of Teaneck, NJ, Marilyn (Steve) Heling of Sheboygan Falls, Marijo (Steve) Pitsch of Sheboygan and Maureen (Dan) Mengar of Bartlett, IL; grandchildren, Michael Schwartz, Christin (Mike) Koenig and Heather (Denny) Varsho; great-grandchildren, Delaney, Grayson and Kadyn; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joanne (Dennis) Stauss and Bonnie (Neal) Baum.
She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends who she treasured dearly. Along with her husband, Jerome and her parents, Marlene was preceded in death by her mother and father-in-law Richard and Hildegarde Sachse. A Funeral Service for Marlene will take place on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, 1127 Eisner Ave.
in Sheboygan with Rev. Adam Barkley officiating. The family will greet visitors, on Saturday at church, from 8:00 AM until the time of service at 11.
Entombment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Marlene’s name. The family would like to thank Dr. Steven Bettag and his staff for their excellent care.
They would also like to thank the staff at Sharon S. Richardson for the care given to Marlene. If you can think of me with a smile on your face for saying or doing something special to affect your life, my purpose on this earth has certainly been accomplished. I feel blessed to have been able to serve my neighbor.
