Marlene E. Donchess, 79 Hubbard – Marlene E. Donchess, 79 of Hubbard, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 29, 2019 in the emergency room at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Marlene was born February 29, 1940 in Youngstown, the daughter of Samuel and Marie E. (Colao) Rotz. She worked for Packard Electric in Warren for 30 years, retiring in 2007.

Marlene is survived by her mother, Marie Rotz of Austintown; a brother, Samuel C. Rotz of Hubbard; a son, David W. (Lori) Miller of Minnesota and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Rotz, her husband of 40 years, Thomas Donchess, whom she married on December 24, 1977, died July 11, 2017 and a daughter, Sherri McGlaughlin. Per Marlene’s requests, there are no calling hours or services at this time.

Marlene was a devoted wife, mother and sister and she will be deeply missed. Arrangements were handled by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring Street in Struthers. Condolences may be sent at www.
