Clio, SC Martha Grant Foley, 94, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at her residence after an illness. Born March 13, 1924 in Bennettsville, she was a daughter of the late Lawton and Ada McLeod Grant. Mrs. Foley retired from Hanes Hosiery of Bennettsville and was a member of Bennettsville Second Baptist Church.

She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially Samantha. Mrs. Martha is survived by her nieces, Mandy S. Bryant (Richard) of Clio, Sunny Sutera of Clio, Jean B. Avent of Florence, Dale Cook (Charlie) of Lake City; nephew, Danny Bradshaw (Cathy) of Bennettsville; great niece, Samantha Bryant of Clio. She was preceded in death by her parents listed above; brother, Jackie Grant; sisters, Glenda G. Sutera, Earline G. Bradshaw, Sybil G. Lockamy; nephews, Jackie Bradshaw and Steve Lockamy.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will visit after the service at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to Marlboro Rescue, P.O. Box 123, Bennettsville, SC 29512.
