Obituary for Martha Lou Cain Martha Cain passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, June 21, 2018. She is survived by her son, Michael Hatfield, 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She also had two stepdaughters, Mina Carpenter and Laurie Baker.

Martha was born on July 19, 1931 in Dike, TX to Orville and Zoma Johnson. She graduated from Taylor Collage. Martha worked at Bell Helicopter where she retired from in 1990.

She married Aubrey Cain on January 6, 1979. Martha was the rock of her family. She was cherished by her entire family.

Her family has wonderful memories of their time with her. Some of the most cherished memories are at Christmas time when the entire family came to the house to celebrate Christmas. She also made pot of homemade noodles that also drew a large majority of family to the house.

She was a lifelong member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars where she served a Post Auxiliary President and District President. She loved to travel during her retirement. She had the opportunity to travel to Rome.

She loved to go to the casinos in Las Vegas, Branson and Oklahoma. Martha is preceded in death by the following beloved family members, husband- Aubrey Cain, daughter, Karen Curry; granddaughter, Tammy Baker; her parents, Orville and Zoma; her sisters, Arvey, Sue, Belva and Glenda.
