Obituary for Claude T. Isbell, Jr. Claude T Isbell, Jr (C.T.) was born on December 10, 1942 in Monahans, Texas to parents Claude T. Isbell, Sr and Fairey Nell Dees Isbell. C.T. was a rugged individual with a sharp sense of humor. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and drinking.

He had a soft spot for his grandchildren. He was a beloved husband to Shirley and father to Panda, Chip, Teresa, Billy and Robin. He was grandfather to Paige, Diana, Daniel, Sara and great-grandfather to Kenneth Ray and many, many others, as well as, favorite uncle to nieces and nephews.
