Obituary for Sherman J. Hall Sherman Joseph Hall, born April 08, 1935 in Philadelphia, Pa and died June 18, 2018 in Arlington, Tx. Visitation will be at Lucas Funeral Home 1321 Precinct Line Hurst Tx on June 22, 2018 between 6-8 pm. Funeral will be June 23 10am at First United Methodist Church Hurst 521 W Pipeline Rd Hurst Tx.

Interment will be 2pm at Mt Marion Cemetery, Strawn, Tx Sherman attended Arlington State College. He proudly Served in the USNR for over 24 years . He retired with over 25 years at Western Electric and ATT.

Sherman had a passion for reading and collecting his first edition books. He loved his Star Wars and in particular- Yoda. Sherman was member of First United Methodist Church Hurst.

Preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Strauss Breslau Hall, Father Albert W. Hall and brother Bruce Breslau and his beloved dog, Max. Sherman is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 59 years, Linda Hall; children Mark and Joyce Hall; Todd Hall; Kristi Breslau; Kathy and Dave Mabry and David Ussery. Sherman was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and his brother Marvin Breslau.
