He was born July 4, 1965 in Surry County to the late Buddy Donald Parks and Zettie Lee Wagoner Parks. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Gary Parks.

Surviving are the mother of his children Lisa Stewart Parks; children Taylor Parks, Hailey Parks; brother Greg Parks. The family will receive friends from 2:30-3:30 PM Sunday May 26, 2019 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. His memorial service will follow the visitation at 3:30 PM in the Gentry Family Chapel by Rev.
