Obituary for Marvin Gene Plunkett Marvin Gene Plunkett was born on November 13, 1943 in Beggs, Oklahoma to the late William (Ted) and Anna (Jones) Plunkett. He passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in Beggs at the age of 74. Marvin’s family lived in Beggs, Oklahoma his whole life because it was Indian land.

He married Mary on August 11, 1990 in Okmulgee. He loved hunting and fishing in his spare time. He also liked enjoyed smoking cigars and having a margarita every now and then.

Preceding Marvin in death by his parents and a son Greg Plunkett. Those left to share all of the great memories of Marvin is wife of 28 years Mary, children Kevin Plunkett of Beggs, Tammy and Michael Coshatt of Tulsa, Christy and Chris Kirkland of McAlester, Lori Dodson of Oregon, Leona Combs of Nevada, Michael Combs of Okmulgee, Marques Prescott and Rachael Gale of Schulter, fourteen grand kids, nineteen great grand kids and one great great grand kid, brother Kenneth “Bub” and Lorene Plunkett of Beggs, Brother-in-law Bobby and Belinda Crockett of Okmulgee, and numerous nieces and nephews. There are no services planned at this time.
