Obituary for Mary Edith Culberson Mary Edith Culberson, 88 of Louisville passed away peacefully Thursday, Sept 6, 2018. She was a native of Louisville, daughter of the late Gilbert and Mary Anne Bosler. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and attended the University of Louisville.

In high school she loved to ice skate, play soccer and hockey and played tennis well into her 70’s. She and her family loved to go boating on Lake Cumberland, and one of her favorite hobbies was writing poetry. She was the office manager for her husband’s dental practice and was also a Realtor.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 55 years, Donald E. Culberson; a son, Richard Craig Culberson; and a brother, Gilbert Bosler. She is survived by her sons, Steve and Frank (Joyce) Culberson; grandchildren, Samuel, Donald and Adrian Culberson; daughter-in-law, Gilda Culberson; and a brother, Dan Bosler. A Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road “in St. Matthews”.
