Obituary for Mary Ellen Hoare (McGee) Mary Hoare, age 71, of Hudson, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital. She was born September 25, 1947, daughter of the late Floyd and Mattie Pearson McGee. She was an employee of the City of Charlotte for approximately 10 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas David Hoare. Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Wendy Blair (Glen) of Lenoir; one granddaughter, Amanda Keller (Lee) of Lenoir; one grandson, Bubba Blair of Lenoir; one great-granddaughter, Thea Keller of Lenoir; one step-son Brian Hoare (Lexa) of Denver; one step-daughter, Karie Stegall (Danny) of Indian Trails.
