Obituary for Mary M. George Print Mary M. “Peggy” George, 78, of Lilly, passed away peacefully on Thursday January 31, 2019 at Maybrook Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness. She was born on March 30, 1940 in Cardiff,PA, daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (McCloskey) Delaney. Peggy married Harry L. George who preceded her in death on September 15, 2013.

Surviving are a grandson- Zachary George,a great grandson- Gavin, and her nephew Kenny Karroll. Peggy was preceded in death by her daughter Debra and by her sister Kay Karroll. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church Hollidaysburg and she worked in sales at various area businesses.

Peggy loved to talk to people and go to yard sales and flea markets. A funeral Mass will be held at the convenience of her family. Interment will take place in the St. Demetrius Cemetery Gallitzin.
