Mary Jane (Stocker) Tooley, 70, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Parkview Care Center. Mary Jane was born August 24, 1948 to the late William and Freda Jane (Brown) Stocker. She worked as an LPN at several area nursing homes; was a former member of St. Benedict Cathedral and enjoyed doing cross stitch.

Surviving are two daughters, Anna Marie Nellis of Evansville and Sarah Elizabeth (James) Brennan of Monterey, CA; two sons, Michael Anthony (Susan) Tooley and Mark Edward (Holly) Tooley, both of Evansville; a sister, Lisa (David) Polk of Evansville; three brothers, William (Carol) Stocker of Omaha, NE, Michael (Marilyn) Stocker of Hopkinsville, KY and John (Carol) Stocker of Mt. Vernon, IN; one sister-in-law, Jane Stocker Swartz of Evanston, IL; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. In addition to her parents, Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Stephen Tooley in 2011 and by a brother, Paul Stocker.

Funeral services for Mary Jane will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Chad Eckels officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 until 5:00 PM on Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street. Condolences may be made online at www. pierrefuneralhome.com.
