Mary Louise Bullington, 95, of Kansas City, Mo peacefully passed surrounded by her loving family on May 6, 2019 at Research Medical Center. Mary, daughter of Charlie and Myrtle Roach, was born October 22, 1923 in Springfield, Mo. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Mary was fiercely dedicated to her husband and family. She was a homemaker, and the very definition of a keeper of the home. She was known by many as an excellent cook and seamstress, and enjoyed making beautiful quilts for her family.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Myrtle Roach; sister, Bernice; daughter, Linda Hightower; and granddaughter, Leslie Hoenshell. She is survived by her loving husband of 78 years, Claude Bullington; daughter, Carol Bullington of Kansas City, Mo; son, John Bullington of Pleasant Hill, Mo; and daughter, Claudia Davolt and husband, Larry of Peculiar, Mo. Mary is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery on May 9, 2019 at 11:00. Visitation will directly precede the funeral at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Longview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
