Obituary for Mary Conley (Nelli) Mary N. Conley, 91, of Lewistown, passed away at 5:23 p.m. on Tuesday October 16, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center-Danville. Born August 21, 1927, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Sacchetta) Nelli. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, whom she married in 1952, John H. “Jack” Conley, whom passed away on December 27, 2015, a sister, Antoniette Gagliardo, and an infant brother Anthony Nelli.

Mary will be remembered and missed by her children, Mary Kay O’Connor and husband John, of Duncansville, John H. Conley, Jr. and wife Lisa, of Lewistown and a sister, Lucretia Fultz and husband Ray of Lewistown. Mary was a member of The Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Lewistown, where she was very active during the time her children attended school there. She was employed at G.C. Murphy’s in Lewistown, and owner of the Frosty Freeze in Milroy.

Mary was deeply involved in many of the plans and activities for the Lewistown High School class of 1952 reunions. She enjoyed her hobby of ceramics. Most of all, she was an extremely kind hearted, sensitive, and respectful person.

She was always available as a pillar of support to all of her family and friends. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Saturday October 20, 2018 at The Barr Funeral Home Inc. and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. at The Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 110 N. Dorcas Street, Lewistown with Father Jayasaleen Amalanathan officiating.
