Obituary for Gary L. Knepp Gary L. Knepp, Sr. 69 of 181 Pennebaker Avenue, Lewistown, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Ohesson Manor. Born August 2, 1949 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Millard and Pearl (Krepps) Knepp. He is survived by his wife Norma Jean (Bowers) Knepp, whom he married in 1984; His son, Gary Lee Knepp, Jr. and companion Heather Folk; his siblings, Beverly Goodhart and husband Lynn of Belleville; Barb Knepp of Lewistown; Bob Knepp and wife Rose of Lewistown and a granddaughter, Rayna.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Dean Knepp. Gary had been employed at Grace Covenant Church, Empire Kosher in Mifflintown and the Mifflin County School District. Gary was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Army National Guard.

He was a member of the Salvation Army and a member of the Salvation Army Men’s Fellowship. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the Salvation Army, 9 South Dorcas Street, Lewistown with Captain David and Darlene Means officiating. There will be a time of visitation with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
