Maryam’s Obituary Maryam Dajany, 56, of Provo, Utah went home to her eternal family on January 14, 2019. She was born in Bethpage, New York on October 19, 1962 to Fuad Dajany and Doris Ault Dajany. She was the eighth of nine children.

She was a positive ray of sunshine in the lives of her family, friends, and all who she came in contact with. She loved to learn while excelling in her education throughout her life. She enjoyed music, learning from cookbooks and cooking shows, shopping (especially for others) and spending time with her family.

She became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was proud of herself for having lived the word of wisdom, which made her very happy. She was an amazing spirit who was kind, caring, compassionate, and thoughtful. She is preceded in death by her parents and her niece, Maryam Re.

She is survived by three brothers: Sharrif (Nannette), Omar (Belinda), and Kahill; and five sisters: Alleah, Innam, Samia (Dennis), Marina, and Jomanna. She is also survived by five nieces, five nephews and numerous great-nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Wing Mortuary, located at 118 E. Main, Lehi, Utah.

A viewing will be held from 10:00-10:45 am prior to the service. Interment will be at the American Fork Cemetery. Online guest book at wingmortuary.com.
