Mary Ann Chak, 35, passed away, Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Alvaton. She was born November 19, 1982 in Bowling Green to My Vang and Ye Chak. She was of Buddhist Faith and worked as a receptionist.

Survivors include her father, My Vang, mother and step father, Ye Chak and Donny R. Burch, JR. , brother, Tony Chak, uncle, John Chak, aunts, Ann Chak and Tina Chak, cousins, Sov Hun, Dy Hun, Daniel Siea, Michael Siea, Andrew Tes, Meay Tat, Seng Tat, Kaitlyn Chak, Landon Chak, Chear Mounn, Taun Sao, and Thoeun Sao and grandparents, Jim and Jan Holli Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel. Burial will be in Still Cemetery in Bowling Green.

Visitation will be from 9AM until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
