On Sunday, October 28, 2018 Harold Rogers, Jr. husband and father of three, passed away at the age of 66. Harold “Hal” was born on August 24, 1952 in Logan County, KY to Harold Sr., and Laura Lavinia Rogers. He spent nearly all of his life from a young age working in the construction industry.

He was a highly skilled carpenter that enjoyed creating and helping others. Hal married his best friend, Cathy on April 4, 1986. Together they raised two sons, Trey and Jessie, and a daughter, Jamie.

Hal was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and put his faith and family first. He was a devout family man and had a passion for hot rods. He enjoyed being a member of the SKSR club and attending car shows.

He was known for his infectious smile and kind and compassionate spirit. Hal was preceded in death by his father, Harold Sr He is survived by his wife Cathy, his mother Laura, his three children, his siblings David, Kathy, and Susan, daughter in law September, three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, cousins, in laws, and his work family at Harlan Construction.

Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2018 at Christ United Methodist Church 716 Cavemill Rd. Bowling Green, KY and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with memorial service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church.
