Jerry Lee “Hubie” Clark 54 , of Halfway, Kentucky crossed the river of Jordan into eternal life on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. He was born in Jefferson City, Tennessee to William Robert Clark and Rosa Lee Dixon Clark on February 10, 1964. Jerry Lee was a Foreman for Scott & Murphy, INC.

where he was employed for 29 years. He was a skilled craftsman, a heavy machine operator, and a carpenter by trade. He was a member of Mission of Faith Church.

Jerry Lee enjoyed playing lead guitar, mandolin, bass guitar and other various instruments. Jerry loved to work with his hands by painting, drawing, making jewelry and wood working crafts. He will be remembered for his larger than life personality and giving heart.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Lynne (Ives) Clark, a daughter, Jeri-Lyn Elaine (Clark) Summers and son in law who he loved like his own, James Allen Summers. Also survived by his mother, Rosa Lee Clark Kerns, one brother, William Terry Clark, (Linda), one sister, Tonya Sue (Clark) Stubblefield (Gerald), sisters in law, Judy Carol Sikes (Jack) and Rebecca Elaine Shadburn (Rickie). Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and a great-great nephew.

He was preceded in death by his father William Robert Clark, beloved stepfather, Robert Earl Kerns, one sister in law, Anna Sue Hyde (Kenneth) and one great nephew, Dana Jackson Cull. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel and from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday with funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
