Mavis Barham Moseley, 78, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2019. She was born September 21, 1940 in Wake County to the late Wiley Robert Barham and Lottie King Barham. Funeral service 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 3, 2019 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, 27545 with Reverend Tim Hopkins officiating.

Burial will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery, 3417 Rolesville Rd, Wendell, 27591. The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:45 pm at the funeral home. Surviving: daughters: Lois Finch of Henderson, Deborah Carroll of Macon, Charlotte Parrish of Henderson, Tracy Thompson of Erwin, Kay Moseley of Henderson, Gena Stephens of Oxford, Nina AlZoubi of Ohio; grandson, Thomas Brandon Moseley and many other grand, great-grand and great-great grandchildren; sisters: Judy Richardson, Lucy Tant, Betty Lou Wall and Bonnie Bunn; brother, Donald Junior Barham.

In addition to her parents, Mavis was preceded in death by sisters: Edna Tant, Nancy Moseley; brother, John Robert Barham. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Polka Dot Mama Melanoma Foundation, 925 Alden Bridge Dr, Cary, NC 27519.
