OBITUARY Maxine Turner February 23, 1922 – October 18, 2018 Maxine Turner, 96, of Purcell formerly of Shawnee passed away on Thursday October 18, 2018. She was born to Dewey and Lela Crowl in Jenks, OK. She married Alfred Lee Turner in Purcell.

Maxine had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing cards, dominos and Skipbo. She was fantastic cook and was well known for her cinnamon rolls. Above all she was a great mom and loved her family.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are her four sons; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother and one sister.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday October 22, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home, Shawnee, OK. Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m Tuesday October 23, 2018 at Resthaven Memorial Park. Brother Clint Dawkins will officiate the service.
