OBITUARY Melvin J. LeBlanc February 5, 1940 – September 29, 2018 Melvin J. LeBlanc, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents, Harry P. Leblanc and Edna G. LeBlanc. He is survived by his loving sister, Priscilla L. Crossin, Brother- in- Law, Bob Crossin, nieces Melissa Crossin, Kelli Crossin Ramon (Patrick), the late Erin Crossin Grenon (Dustyn) and nephews Darrin and Daniel LeBlanc.

He is also survived by great nephews, Brady and Brennen Ramon and great nieces, Kate and Maddie LeBlanc and a host of other loving relatives. Melvin was a graduate of Jesuit High School and University of New Orleans. He was employed at Schlumberger and Oil Data in Houston.

He will be remembered for his kind heart and gentle nature. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 1pm with visitation from 11am to 1pm at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. , New Orleans.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be given to The Erin Crossin Grenon Memorial Scholarship Fund C/O Archbishop Chapelle High School, 8800 Veterans Blvd. , Metairie, 70003. FAMILY Preceded in death by his parents, Harry P. Leblanc and Edna G. LeBlanc.

He is survived by his loving sister, Priscilla L. Crossin, Brother- in- Law, Bob Crossin, nieces Melissa Crossin, Kelli Crossin Ramon (Patrick), the late Erin Crossin Grenon (Dustyn) and nephews Darrin and Daniel LeBlanc. He is also survived by great nephews, Brady and Brennen Ramon and great nieces, Kate and Maddie LeBlanc and a host of other loving relatives.
