15, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 3358 University Pkwy, Leesville, LA. Michael was a retired First Sergeant/Bradley Master Gunner in the United States Army and devoted father. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Amber Pate of Charlotte, North Carolina, Kerriana Pate of Seguin, TX; sons, Jonathon Pate of DeRidder, LA, Judah Pate of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Eddie R. Pate, Jr., Roger D. Pate; sisters, Vickie Pate Walker, Connie Pate Klinger, Lisa Pate Belk, and Gail Lawing Canipe.

Preceded in death by his parents, Eddie R. Pate, Sr. and Shirley Harris Lawing; sister, Joy Pate Pilkington; brothers, David Pate, Bobby H. Pate, and Bobby R. Pate.
