Obituary for Mr. Michael Allen Bradley Michael Bradley was born on May 7, 1960 and passed away unexpectedly on March 18, 2018 at the age of 57. Mike grew up in the Bay Area but moved to Death Valley as a teenager where he graduated from Death Valley High School. At 20 he moved back to the Bay Area where he filled his time racing and building cars with his friends or weightlifting at the old Cal Gym.

In 1980 Mike went to work for AT&T where he started as a technician working mostly in the San Francisco Area. After graduating from the University of San Francisco Mike worked his way to his current position as an Area Manager AT&T Global Project management. Mike recently celebrated 37 years of service with AT&T.

For the last 25 years Mike has made Scotts Valley his home. Mike’s passion became coaching his kids sports teams. Over the years he coached his daughters softball and basketball teams, and his sons soccer, little league lacrosse and football teams.

Mike will be most remembered for his years of coaching youth football through the Scotts Valley Police Athletic League. Mike served on the Board as President for 2 years. Even after his son aged out of the league Mike continued to coach and serve on the board.

His love for the game and for the kids was endless, he will always be known as “Coach” to many. Mike will be remembered for his devotion to his two children Megan and Mikey Bradley, his huge smile, and his sense of humor. Mike never ran out of something to say and he always had a story to share.

His kindness and caring touched many and he will be missed by all. He is survived by his love Christine Berge, his daughter Megan Bradley, his son Michael Bradley Jr., his brother Mark Bradley and his father Albert Bradley. He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Lammi Villalobos.

Services will be held at the Oakwood Chapel, 3301 Paul Sweet Road, Santa Cruz ,CA, on Monday, March 26th at 11 a.m. with a burial to follow.
