Oscar is survived by his wife, Nelys Josefina Granado de Lezama; daughters, Rossana Lezama, Nelly Decker and Laura Lezama.

A Chapel Service will be held at the Santa Cruz Memorial – Mission Chapel, 1927 Ocean Street Ext. , Santa Cruz, CA on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 5:00 PM. Visitation will be from 4 – 8 PM.
