Obituary for Michael Clark Butler Michael Clark Butler, 67, of Camp Hill, passed away on Sunday April 29, 2018 at his home. Born on December 18, 1950 in Ebensburg, PA, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Samitore) Butler. Michael was a US Navy Veteran who served during the Vietnam War.

He was retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Fort Dix, New Jersey, where he was a Telecommunications Specialist and a Hostage Negotiator. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He is survived by two daughters, Maegann Harris and her husband Ben, of Daytona Beach, FL; and Melissa Salsgiver; six grandchildren, Izabella, Bryanna, and Exavier Harris, Jamie McKinnley, and Cori and Billy Salsgiver; two great grandchildren, Drusilla and Skylar McKinnley; a brother, Brian Yendik, cousins, Dave and Jen Nardis and many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by five brothers, Gary, Darryl, Donald, and Robert Butler. Military honors by the Cumberland Co. Honor Guard will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday May 5, 2018 on the grounds of the Myers-Harner Funeral Home, 1903 Market St., Camp Hill, PA 17011. All friends and family are invited to attend.
