Michael Lewis Yarber, 57, passed away January 26, 2019. A native of Milstead, Georgia, son of Nettie Peel Yarber of Conyers, Georgia and the late Alford Lewis “Pete” Yarber, he was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of Praise Cathedral. He loved talking about and was dedicated to his Georgia Dawgs and Atlanta Braves.

He was very passionate in all he did. Despite his seemingly tough exterior, he had a warm heart full of compassion. Also surviving are his devoted wife of 37 years, Keri Stewart Yarber; three daughters, Rayanna Brown (Mitchell) of Covington, Georgia, Brittany Yarber (James Landers) of Spartanburg and Hannah Yarber of Covington, Georgia; and three grandsons that he loved fiercely, James Eric Landers, Jr., Hayden Jeremiah David Landers and Clark Elijyah Stewart Brown.

Mr. Yarber was predeceased by his brother, Dennis Yarber, a sister, Rhonda Sanders and a nephew, Randall Yarber. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Praise Cathedral, P.O. Box 287 Greer, SC 29652.
