Obituary for Michael “Mike” A. Chudy Whitesboro – Michael (Mike) A. Chudy, 71, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at home with his family by his side. Mike was born on December 31, 1946, the son of Rudolph and Mary Ann (Hynda) Chudy. He was a graduate of Utica schools and served in the U.S. Army from 1966-68.

Mike was employed with the Carpenters Union Local 120 prior to retiring. On March 2, 1968, Mike married Dorothy Madril in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a blessed union of 50 years. Mike was a family man and his grandchildren were his life.

He was a hard worker, who after retiring, continued to use his skill as a carpenter helping out with his children’s homes. Surviving besides his beloved wife, Dorothy are two daughters and a son-in-law, Jodi and Ralph Luce, Rome, Mariann Brown and significant other, Vincent, Whitesboro; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Ashley Chudy, Depew; cherished grandchildren, Kaileigh, Michael, Kara, Krysta, Jaimie, Victoria, Chase, Miquela, Gabriella, Antonio, Nicolas; great-grandchildren, Anjali, Charleigh, AvaLeigh; sisters and brothers-in-law, Christine and Samuel Cardona, Utica and Sandra and David Cioch, Whitesboro and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, John Chudy and Rudolph Chudy, Jr. and infant sister, Janet.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at McGrath, Myslinski, Karboski & Nunn Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd. , Utica.
