Obituary for Mr. Jacob A. Perkins UTICA – Mr. Jacob A. Perkins, age 26, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at MVHS at St. Elizabeth Medical Center with his loving family by his side, as the result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Jacob’s spirit will live on in the many lives he will touch through tissue donation. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00-6:00 at the Eannace Funeral Home, Inc., 932 South St., corner of Hammond Ave.

Jacob’s funeral service and Celebration of Life will commence on Monday at 12:00 noon at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes where his Mass of Christian Burial will be offered by Rev. Joseph Salerno. A complete obituary to follow.
