OBITUARY Michael Ray Killian August 29, 1960 – December 11, 2018 Michael Ray Killian, 58, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his residence. He was born on August 29, 1960 to Jimmy Ray Killian and Shelby Maxine Brown Killian in Burke County. Michael was a member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo-Synod.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Killian and Mr. and Mrs. Ross Brown. Survivors include his wife, Kim Killian of the home; son, Michael Killian, Jr. (Brooke) of Conover; daughter, Kristin Killian Buchanan (Steven) of Vale; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; mother, Maxine Killian; father, Jimmy Killian; sister, Dottie Hudson of Hickory; brother, Robbie Killian of Hickory. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Hickory Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 2: 00 p.m. at St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo-Synod Cemetery. Rick Hedrick will be officiating the service. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
