OBITUARY Emmitte “Bill” Preston Willis II July 24, 1927 – December 1, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Emett “Bill” Preston Willis II passed away December 1, 2018. He was born July 24, 1927 to the late Emett Preston Willis I and Dollie Mae Richardson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Frances Willis; brother, C.F. Willis; sister, Camila Hoyle, Willie Little.

He is survived by his son, Emmett Willis III and wife Wanda Jones, Gene Poole and wife Tammy; daughter, Rita Vickery and husband Gary; seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at Catawba Memorial Park on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 2pm. A Visitation will be held from 12pm to 1:45pm prior to the service.
