Michol Caezar Alvarez Pelotenia, 30, of South Londonderry Township passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018. He was born August 7, 1988 in San Carlos City, Philippines and brought so much joy to his family who described him as a happy go lucky child who was extremely bright in school. He later served in the U.S. Army after high school.

The family will always have pride in his accomplishments as a soldier. He is survived by his mother and step father Miriam (Alvarez) and Ken Kreider; father Nicolas Campos Pelotenia; maternal grandfather Vicente C. Alvarez; siblings Mirzi Kyla Alvarez and Myck Nichol Pelotenia; step sister Kelly Marie Kreider; step paternal grandmother Mae H. Kreider; And numerous aunts, uncles and cousins whom loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Lucina B. Alvarez and his maternal aunt Grisela Alvarez.

He will be greatly missed by his husky lab companion, Max, whom Michol was a nurturing caregiver to. The family would like to extend gratitude to Michol’s dear friends Scott Lacey and Sotherean Kim, who showed him genuine friendship. Michol will always be held close in our hearts and be remembered for his gentle nature, unconditional acts of love, and his courage during difficult times.

A funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing beginning at 6:00 PM. The family would appreciate donations to cover the cost of funeral expenses in lieu of flowers. Donations may be forwarded to Buse Funeral Home.
