Mildred Vagli, 95, of Monroeville, formerly of Monessen died Wednesday Feb. 27, 2018 at her residence. She was born on February 23, 1924 in McKees Rocks, the daughter of the late Matthew and Mary Muzich Popovich.

Mildred attended Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and retired from the U.S. Postal Service having worked at their Pittsburgh Northside office. Mildred was a member of Pittsburgh Association of the Deaf Senior Citizens and the Pennsylvania Society for the Advancement of the Deaf. She is survived by two sisters, Norma Fazio of Venice, FL, Natalie Popovich of Coraopolis, PA; a sister-in-law Rosemary Hans and her family of Monessen, and by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond L. Vagli. Friends will be received in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Ave. Monessen, on Saturday March 23, 2019 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, time of the Memorial Service with Rev.

Michael Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery, Monessen. Condolences accepted for the family at www.
