Mitchel “Mitch” Dwight Harris, age 64, of Braxton, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at UMMC Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 10:00am from the chapel of Ott and Lee Funeral Home, Brandon with Rev. Jeff Walker officiating, Interment will follow in May Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2018 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home, Brandon and again on Tuesday from 9:00am-9:45am. Mitch was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. He loved track and was a Coach to a lot of kids in Rankin County.

He is survived by his wife,Lora Harris: children, Robert Harris, Shannon Harris Warrington, James Dwight Harris, and Christopher Loyd Harris; eight grandchildren; sister, Pamela J. Windham; other relatives and friends.
