Obituary for Muriel Kelley Muriel Kelley, 81, of Bolivar, MO, passed away September 13, 2018 at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar, MO. Muriel was born January 1, 1937 to Lancelot and Rheta Miller Hilderbrand. She graduated with an associate’s degree from Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, and later attended Colorado A&M where she met Philip Kelley, her husband of 27 years.

They were married on May 30, 1959, and had two sons. Muriel was a homemaker and did volunteer work at several church and local organizations. Muriel is preceded in death by her husband, Philip Kelley.

She is survived by her two sons, Lionel Kelley (Sheri) of Cheyenne, WY, and Warren Kelley of St. Louis, MO, and by her four grandchildren: Bethany Kelley, Daniel Kelley, Laura Kelley and Nathan Kelley. She is also survived by her siblings: Gale Crain, Jimmy Hickman, Mary Hilderbrand, Richard Hilderbrand and Gerald Tilley.
