He is survived by a sister, Peggy Lubecki (Michael) of Rehoboth Beach, Deleware; a niece, Heather Lubecki of York, Pennsylvania; a nephew, Justin Lubecki (Stacey) San Francisco, California; and his friend, Sharon Arcand, of Cheyenne.
