OBITUARY Murray Hall Armstrong November 7, 1928 – September 17, 2018 Murray Hall Armstrong of Trussville, AL passed away peacefully at home on September 17, 2018 at the age of 89. He was preceded in death by his parents I. Judson Armstrong and Lillian R. Armstrong; and his three brothers, Judson, Ray, and John Lee Armstrong. Left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Kaye (Randy) Miller and Anne (Jack) Feller; grandchildren, Brian (Kristen) Miller, Scott (Allie) Miller, Marianne Feller, Blair Feller, and John Feller; great-grandsons, Sam and Noah Miller; and his faithful dog, Lucy.

Murray was an Army veteran of the Korean War, retired from Liberty National, a long time Sunday school teacher and deacon at Roebuck Park Baptist Church. He was currently a member of First Baptist Church of Trussville. He dearly loved God, his family, and his friends.

Murray will be forever missed by his girls, sons-in-law, and his grandchildren. A graveside service will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 11:00 am. The family requests memorials be made to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society in honor of Lucy.
