Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel. BURIAL: Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Comanche. VISITATION: Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Monday, May 27, 2019, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. LUNCH: Lunch for the family will be at Eastside Baptist Church of Comanche following the funeral services.

MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers family requests memorials be made to Comanche Law Enforcement Association, P.O. Box 573 Comanche, Texas 76442 Myra Huggins, age 69, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019, in Comanche, Texas. She was born on August 2, 1949, in Gorman, Texas, to James and Frances Plumlee. On July 4, 1970, she was united in marriage to Ronald Huggins, in Comanche.

Myra received the Florence Nightingale Award in 1969 after which she worked as a registered nurse for 25 years. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church and had been a church pianist for most of her life. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Huggins of Comanche; two daughters, Donna McMaster and husband Aaron of Houston and Debbie Jones and wife Jenny of Austin; four grandchildren, Clayton Buck, Casey Buck, Jacob McMaster, and Noah McMaster; two brothers, Tom Plumlee and wife Nancy and Rex Plumlee and wife Terry; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Frances Plumlee.
