Myrtle Matthews Morgan, age 86, of Dallas, GA. passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018. She was born on October 9, 1931 in Yorkville, GA.

to the late Walter and Frances Matthews. She worked as a key punch operator for Lockheed for over 25 years and was a member of Yorkville Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, LG Morgan and her son, Farrell Whitlow Brown Jr. Survivors include her son, Reece and Carla Brown of Dallas, GA.

, her daughter, Freda and Dan Alexander of Fitzgerald, GA. , six grandchildren; Shanna Prather of White Co., GA. , Matthew Brown of Woodstock, GA.

, Brooke Bryant of Fitzgerald, GA. , Joshua J. Alexander of Fitzgerald, GA. , Megan Breeden of Blackshear, GA.

and Natalie Albright of Carrolton, GA. her 9 great – grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Morgan will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 11:00 AM from Clark Funeral Home chapel with Rev.

Thomas Cole officiating. Interment will follow the service at Dallas Memory Gardens with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers; Gary Gulledge, Walter D. Matthews, Jerry Allen Breeden, Joshua J. Alexander and Jeff Lee. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the service begins at 11:00 AM.

In Lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donation be made to The American Kidney Foundation. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA. is in charge of arrangements.
