Nancy Docke, 66, of Hazlet, New Jersey passed away Sunday March 24, 2019 at Riverview Medical Center of Red Bank. She was born in Houston, Texas to the late Leonard Olover Holton and Gladys Marie (Ledbetter) Holton. Nancy was a loving wife and mother who always had a feisty spirit that kept her going throughout years of illness.

She was greatly loved by her family and friends and she will be missed by all. We will carry her fierceness with us and take comfort in knowing she will finally have peace. She is survived by her eternally devoted husband Edward Docke; children Melanie Calhoun and her husband Greg of Hazlet; Kristy Smith and her husband Dan of Hazlet; A brother Wally Holton of Texas and a sister Sue Vanderberg of Conroe, Texas.

Nancy also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren Ethan, Shaye, Riley, Kaitlin and Lily. At the request of her family, Nancy will be privately cremated. A memorial visitation will be held for Nancy on Thursday March 28, 2019 from 4PM – 7PM at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735.
