OBITUARY Nancy Lee Elder-Hamilton July 4, 1942 – January 12, 2019 Play Tribute Movie Nancy Lee Elder-Hamilton, 76 of Greeneville, TN received her heavenly angel wings on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Mrs. Hamilton was a Licensed Practical Nurse and retired from the Greene County Health Department. She was a member of Jones Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church and served in many church auxiliaries while her health permitted.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Isom & Katherine Elder; her stepmother, Irene Huff Elder; and two step-brothers, Edward Eugene & Charles Huff. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Donald “Don” Hamilton; one daughter, Robin H. Latham; two sons, Donnie E. Hamilton and Thomas “TA” Hamilton; one foster daughter, Tracy Campbell; a beloved friend and mentor, Mother Fannie Jones; daughters & son of love: Susan Hamilton, Amber Carter, and Henry Latham; one sister & brother-n-law, Mary Ann (James) Jordan; one step-brother, Danny Huff; three step-sisters: Barbara Robinson, Brenda Bond, and Katherine Blume; ten grandchildren: Yvonne, DD, and Jamieson Hamilton; Preston and KaLeah Latham, Jacob, Cameron, & McKenzie Hamilton, Maliyah Moore, and Carter Hamilton; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter; and two beloved sisters-in-law: Margaret Manuel and Joyce Hamilton. She deeply loved and cherished family.

She was a mother to many; with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and very dear friends. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev.

Van Scott and Rev. Cecil Mills officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Hamilton, TA Hamilton, Preston Latham, DD Hamilton, Jamieson Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton, Cameron Hamilton, Donavan Barner, and Henry Latham. Honorary pallbearers are Josh Barner, Michael Woods, Eric Cole, Tony Story, John Lindsey, Dr. Robert Locklear, and Dr. Eric Bulawa. The family extends a special thanks to UT Medical Team and Amedysis Hospice of Knoxville and Greeneville, Tennessee.
