NATHANIEL “NATE” SHERFIELD, age 63 of Dandridge, TN passed away Monday evening, March 11, 2019 at Emory Hospital Midtown in Atlanta, GA. He was a retired employee of the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Nate was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar “Bo” and Anna Mae Sherfield; sister, Mary Ann Green; niece, Courtney “Muff” Ray; and his surviors include his sons, William “Will” (Racheal) Sherfield, Matthew Sherfield and Anthony Hollifield; grandchildren, Tayonna Sherfield, Mattison Sherfield and several other grandchildren; brothers, Dale and Dana (Mistie) Sherfield; sister, Theola Branner; girlfriend, Misty Claxton and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019, 7:00pm at the Swannsylvania Baptist Church Family Life Center with Rev. Mike Hensley officiating. Interment services will be Friday, 11:00am at Belmont Cemetery.
